BCS District Safety Plan
The District-wide Safety Plan may be reviewed via the link below or by contacting the District Office at 716/795-3110.
This Plan also includes the Public Employer Health Emergency Plan (see homepage "Emergency Plan" for this section) was approved by the Board of Education on March 8, 2021 and was developed in accordance with the amended New York State Labor Law section 27-c and New York State Education Law paragraph m of subdivision 2 of section 2801-a (as amended by section 1 of part B of chapter 56 of the laws of 2016), as applicable. These laws were amended by the passing of legislation S8617B/A10832 signed by the Governor of New York State on September 7, 2020, and requires public employers to adopt a plan for operations in the event of a declared public health emergency involving a communicable disease.
