    Tennis Team Set For Rematch With Wilson

    BARKER -- On Thursday the Barker Tennis team defeated Newfane at home 5 - 0.5. Erick Bennes won in straight sets, as did Alex Duffy and Mike Lantinen and Vinnie Rinaldo. Peter Benoit played amazing tennis at second singles to win quickly in two sets. Garret and Derek Fuerch won a marathon match by outlasting their opponents through a long tie breaker. Megan Kieffer and Alex Niethe played solidly at third doubles.
     
    The team will travel to Wilson to try to avenge an ealier season loss to the Lakemen. The championship is on the line in this match.
