    Barker Takes Three First Place Finishes At Falcon Invitational

    WHEATFIELD -- On Saturday the Girls Track team competed in the Niagara Wheatfield Falcon Invitational. The team finished in third place out of nine teams. Olean and Niagara Wheatfield were the only teams better than the the Barker girls. Taking first place was Eliza Dewart in the 400, Corina Giannone in the discus, and Savanna Gancasz, Alex Gancasz, Bree Sutch and Rachel Anderson in the 400 meter relay.
     
    Also taking home metals were Alex Gancasz - 2nd in the 100 hurdles and 3rd in the polevault, Savanna Gancasz - 3rd in the 100, and the 2nd place 3200 meter relay team of - Sarah Scott, Crystal Mott, Sarah White and Margie Zaepfel.
     
    The next meet is the All-League Meet on Wednesday and Thursday in Roy-Hart.
