    BARKER -- The Varsity Baseball team played an error free game last night in a big 2-1 victory over visiting Newfane. Cody Blackley pitched the full seven striking out six batters while allowing five Panther hits. Blackley also helped himself at the plate with an RBI double. With a tied game in the bottom of the seventh, Tony Sonberg led off with a single followed by an Andrew Carmer double to move the winning run to third. Blackley was then intentionally walked, which brought Tyler Mason to the plate. Mason worked the count and drew a walk to score the winning run. Carmer and Sonberg each finished with two hits.
