    NEWFANE -- The JV Softball team defeated Albion 15-1 on Thursday as Jessica Hillman pitched a three hitter with 12 strikeouts and no walks. Jessica Hefferon led the way with four hits. Hefferon jacked two homeruns. Nicole Rinaldo had three hits. Steph Pyra, Allie Denny and Lietta Wells all had two hits.
     
    The win gave the JV Lady Raiders the best record in the Niagara Orleans League at 12-2. The team finished the season 14-2-1 overall.
