•  Rhubarb                            Rhubarb Bread
     
     
     
     
     
    1 1/2 c brown sugar
    1/2 c sugar
    1 egg
    2/3 c vegetable oil
     
    Beat ingredients together then add:
     
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 c sour milk  (add 1tbs lemon juice to make sour)
    2 3/4 c flour
    1 1/2 c chopped rhubarb
    1/2 c chopped nuts (optional)
     
    Mix well and place into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.  Cook at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
    Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar when done.
     
    Let cool and remove from pans.  Enjoy!
