    MIDDLEPORT -- Tuesday night the Varsity Boys and Girls Track teams traveled to Roy-Hart to compete with the Rams, and both teams came home victorious. The boys team ran their win streak to four with an 81.5-54.5 decision. Winners included Xavier Mann in the 100 and high jump, Tyler Scheving in the 400 and 800, Jed Platt in the 400 hurdles and pole vault, Josh Haight in the long jump and triple jump, John Austin in the shotput and Nick Britt in the discus. Mike Lantinen, Jordan Bender, Jed Platt and Tyler Scheving combined to win the 3200 meter relay.

    The girls team bounced back from a loss the day before to capture a strong 94-41 victory. The Lady Raiders were led by Alex Gancasz and Eliza Dewart, both triple winners. Gancasz started the meet with a school record 16.3 seconds run in the 100 hurdles. Alex also won the 400 hurdles and the pole vault. Dewart captured the 100, 200 and 400 meter events. Margie Zaepfel was a double winner, taking both the 800 and 1500 meter runs. Katie Pryzybl won the 3000 meter run and Corina Giannone won the discus event. Heather Mason, Sarah Scott, Allie Tillman, and Zaepfel won the 3200 meter relay, while Bree Sutch, Rachel Anderson, Dewart and Gancasz won the 400 meter relay.

    Barker will host the Albion Purple Eagles on Thursday.
