    JV Softball Wins Convincingly With 20 Hits

    BARKER -- On Thursday afternoon the JV Softball team improved their Niagara Orleans League record to 4-1 with a dominating win over CSAT. The Lady Raiders had a team effort at the plate with 20 base hits. Solid pitching came from Destinee Hillman and Kelsey Blackley. Hillman had eight strike outs over five innings while Blackley had four in the final two innings. Defensively, Barker was led by Abby Heitzenrater, Brooke Targus, Rheanne Levy, Melissa Grosshans, Megan Costich, Madison Greenwald and Brooke Bodine.
