Enhancements Made to Little Free Library
EClub is proud to share the good news that our Little Free Library has a new look this year! Visit the Little Library and take a moment to enjoy the beautiful landscaping while sitting and reading a book on the bench all designed and contributed by BCS alumni Steve Donner. On display in grateful appreciation next to the Little Free Library is a plaque with all of the names of the donors that contributed to the little library. EClub President Rebecca Thering stated, “I think that the little library is very fun and positive. I believe that the community enjoys the little library because it encourages people to read more books without having to buy them. The bench provides a relaxing place to sit and allows people to look at the beautiful landscaping when they are on a walk. It is a very inclusive library because there is a wide range of books for all ages.”
EClub member and steward for the Little Free Library Nicholas Heidemann said, “Every time I check up on the little library there is evidence that it's been used, new books or there has been some read and returned. The donation of the children's books was a nice addition from the community.”
EClub advisor Ms. Feltz shared, “We are so thankful for all of the donors and everyone that has contributed to making the little library possible. The Little Free Library is for young children, teenagers and adults and we are always looking for donations of books for everyone to enjoy.”
