Red Ribbon Week

Red Ribbon Week

Our PK-12 students took part in a week’s worth of events for Red Ribbon Week. Red Ribbon Week is an annual alcohol, tobacco, drug and violence prevention campaign in the United States that takes place at the end of October. It is the country’s largest and longest-running drug awareness program and began in 1985. Its purpose is to inspire students to make safe and healthier choices. This year’s theme was “Life is a Puzzle, Solve it Drug Free.”

(L-R): Robert Williams, Levi Landry, Colton Watry, Martin Shaft, Lincoln Page, Allegra Schmitt, Nora Heitzenrater, and Charlotte Alvord dressed in red during Red Ribbon Week.
