7th Grade Students Meet Author Linda Sue Park

On Wednesday, May 20th, Lydia Atwater, Addyson Buyea, Abby Thompson and Sophia Thompson all attended a meet and greet event at Author's Note, a bookstore in Medina. The four students enjoyed their time at the event and were able to interact with author Linda Sue Park. It was standing room only as authors Park and Gordon Korman shared how they wrote their books, what motivated them to write, and how publication changed them. Linda Sue Park said her book may become a movie!

The girls thoroughly enjoyed this experience and left with signed copies of Park's beloved book, A Long Walk to Water.
