SNAP ASSISTANCE

There is a new Niagara County Position to assist residents with applying for SNAP benefits.

“Higher food prices are a challenge for many working families. SNAP may be able to help. The Nutrition Outreach and Education Program can help. Services are available by phone, email or online, and are free and confidential”

Barker Central is CEP - All Students eat for free

Barker Central School is CEP - All students receive one breakfast and one lunch per day for free. 

Families are encouraged to still fill out the Household Information Form in order to create your individual status to receive other Gov't benefits and help us continue to have CEP so everyone can eat for free.  

My School Bucks is an online way to manage your students lunch account

My School Bucks Fee is $3.50

This allows you to see every transaction your student makes at school.  It is recommended to add to all your children at the same time to only have to pay the fee once.
