Young people need knowledge, skills,  and support to reach their potential as capable, competent, and caring young citizens. Cornell Cooperative Extension's 4-H youth programs connect youth to the resources of Cornell University and the land-grant system, strengthening the next generation of inventors, entrepreneurs and problem-solvers.

The Niagara County 4-H Youth Development Program provides young people ages 5-19 with 4-H opportunities for in the areas of Animal Science, Arts, Science & Technology, Consumer and Family Science, and the Natural Environment. 4-H'ers "Learn By Doing" to "Make the Best Better."
